Sri Aurobindo Research Centre

Sri Aurobindo Research Centre was set up in 1996 at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Culture with the aim of highlighting "Revolutionary work in Bengal" at the turn of the 20th century and Sri Aurobindo's contribution to it. This was preceded by a sequence of events when a vast amount of material related to the Alipore Bomb Case (1908-09) was unearthed at the Judges' Court at Alipore.
